Disney Eats: First Look at Roundup Rodeo BBQ Menu Opening March 23

Howdy, partners! Get ready for some mouthwatering BBQ and all the fixins at Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disneyโ€™s Hollywood Studios โ€“ opening March 23, 2023.

Using some of his favorite toys, games, and playsets, Andy has created a rodeo arena for his toys โ€ฆ and all honorary toys visiting Andyโ€™s backyard. Guests can chow down on house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides, sweet surprises, and more in this western-themed family-style restaurant, where they’ll see the world through the eyes of Andyโ€™s toys.

You can start with the Prospectorโ€™s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits served with sweet pepper jelly. Theyโ€™re so delicious that guests might be tempted to fill up on them but they have to save room for all the delicious grub cominโ€™ to the table!

  • Tomato Salad: Tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled red onions tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with fresh dillย (plant-based)
