New Luxury Homes Coming to Disney World!

Exciting news for fans of Disney and luxury living! A new Four Seasons Private Residences development is being built at the Golden Oak community in Walt Disney World Resort. This special place will have 40 new homes, with 31 units in a tall mid-rise building and nine boutique homes connected by breezeways. The homes are being developed by Host Hotels & Resorts, which also owns the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, in partnership with Four Seasons, a leader in luxury living.

The new Four Seasons Private Residences will be located on five acres next to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. The mid-rise tower, designed by HKS, will look similar to the resort with Spanish Revival style architecture. Each unit will have open floor plans, top-quality fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas. Residents will enjoy amazing views of woodlands, lakes, gardens, a golf course, and even fireworks displays!

There will be eight different one-story floor plans ranging from 3,494 to 4,327 square feet, with three to four bedrooms. For those who want even more space, there will be five two-story penthouses with four bedrooms, ranging from 6,576 to 6,962 square feet.

Inside the tower, designed by Parker-Torres Design, the lobby will have a cozy resident lounge and flexible spaces for gatherings. The private pool area will have comfy lounge chairs, cabanas, a poolside bar, a kids’ water play area, and an event lawn.

The nine boutique homes, designed by architect Cooper Cary, will be built in the French Moderne style. They will offer four different floor plans ranging from 5,207 to 5,540 square feet, with four to five bedrooms. Each home will have its own outdoor living space with a covered patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen.

Residents will get amazing service from a dedicated director of residences and a team that provides 24-hour concierge and front office assistance. Services include menu planning, grocery delivery, dog walking, housekeeping, maintenance, and more.
