The Circle of Life at Epcot Will Come to an End

Unlike the real circle of life that exist in nature, Circle of Life: An Environmental Fable located in The Land Pavilion of Epcot, will come to an end in the near future.

A recent announcement stated the last performance of The Circle of Life will be on February 3rd, 2018; to be replace by Disney Performing Arts, a youth program by Disney, on February 9th, 2018, for performances and classes.

The Circle of Life, opened January 21, 1995, and was an eco-edutainment film starring Timon and Pumba as they are cutting down trees and clogging rivers in order to build the Hakuna Matata Lakeside Village, when Simba, now king of the Pride Lands, explains how what they are doing is bad for the environment. In the end Timon and Pumba learned there mistake and unclog the river freeing up the water for all the creatures of the Pride Lands that rely on it.
